Sales Manager/Rep

We design and build our high-quality housing projects meticulously for distinctive foreign and domestic buyers in Side Turkey. We also carry out marketing activities for the sale of those projects through direct sales, online sales and through real estate agencies;

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications to work as ‘Sales Manager’ and/or ‘Sales Representative’ at our Side Sales Office.

• Preferably with a degree in architecture or interior architecture,
• Has very good knowledge of Russian and English,
• Preferably able to use Autocad and Sketch Up programs,
• Able to communicate professionally in written form with international real estate agencies and potential foreign buyers,
• Strong communication skills and expression ability,
• Sympathetic and friendly,
• Able to organize various real estate fairs abroad,
• Residing or able to reside in the Side Manavgat region,
• Having a class B driver’s license and being able to actively drive,
• In general, to be able to take administrative responsibility for the sales and marketing activities required to achieve the sales targets determined by the management,
